For you and your guests’ convenience, our 1881 campus includes two hotels in addition to two nearby sister properties that guarantee you priority booking.
Our iconic, and onsite, farm-to-table restaurant, Heirloom, will collaborate with you to craft a delicious and thoughtful F&B menu that celebrates your taste and keeps the party going.

We offer a standard 6 or 12-hour rental, however overtime is also possible for an additional fee. Each rental includes:

- Complimentary house centerpieces
- Choice of black or white linen
- Choice of black or white napkins
- China, silverware, and glassware

1881 events are exclusively catered by our onsite restaurant Heirloom, and all alcoholic beverages must be provided by 1881 Event Hall. To accommodate our guests fully, we are happy to provide custom menus upon request. Outside vendors are not permitted as an alternative to our catering service, unless a cuisine with cultural preparation is required, and that exemption must be approved by management prior to booking. Outside vendors must be reputable catering services and able to provide a copy of their business license and insurance. We do however allow our guests to bring their own dessert.
There is no need to stress about arranging accommodations for your guests! We are conveniently connected to a Hilton Garden Inn, and next door to a newly renovated Hampton Inn & Suites. Additionally, there is a Residence Inn located directly behind us. We would be delighted to connect you with a sales manager to assist with reserving a room block for your event.
